Jaback Group Appoints New Vice President, Lexi Hill
Lexi Hill joined Jaback Group as Vice President after a near decade-long career in brand strategy, marketing and product strategy in the consumer goods space.
Lexi began her career as employee number five at Phenomenon, at the time a burgeoning agency start-up specializing in strategy-first branding, marketing innovation and creative development. During her meteoric rise to senior staff, Lexi led agency teams through explosive growth to nearly 150 employees and freelancers, taking on responsibilities spanning client management, billing, policy development, HR & recruitment, IT, office planning, culture building, project management and process formulation. Before her departure, Lexi managed major accounts in ecommerce, apparel, tech, hospitality and consumer goods, and directed the business strategy and branding of a luxury fashion start-up.
Since departing the agency world, Lexi has earned her MBA and developed brands and business strategies for a number of consumer goods startups in various stages of development, including a luxury outerwear brand which launched in 2017 and has since garnered international attention. She has held coveted positions at Fendi North America and Yeezy, where she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO. During her time at Yeezy, Lexi acted as a C-Suite “utility player”, working directly with the CFO, CHRO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer and President of Footwear on special projects.
As Vice President of Jaback Group, Lexi is passionate about building iconic brands that are rooted in solid business strategy and uncompromising execution. She brings a unique approach to the role by combining an unparalleled expertise in brand strategy with real world experience navigating a high-growth business.
Lexi earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and was awarded the merit-based, full-ride R.C. Kopf American Fellowship to attend. She received her B.S. in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology from Emory University in 2010.
